Culinary Professional Diploma

Successful graduates have a deep understanding of how an F&B establishment is conducted, the tools needed to be successful and, are well-equipped to enter the industry and reach a supervisory position within a short period of time.
Hotel Professional Diploma
Successful graduates have the capacity to successfully work independently in the Front-Office and Housekeeping Departments and are well-equipped to enter the industry and reach a supervisory position in a short period of time. The graduate is well-positioned for an administrative role within the management team of a hospitality operation.
