The project was held on 10th December 2025 in the primary classroom in the framework of the International Mental Health Day, where the participants were school students, talents and students with different abilities who painted and shared different situations of beautiful and difficult life experiences.
The activity was held with the aim of students with disabilities to become familiar with the importance of mental health, to express their emotions in a positive way and to learn simple ways to feel good about themselves and others. The main focus was on emotional expression, social inclusion and creating an atmosphere of well-being in the school environment.
- Students participated in an open conversation about feelings, emotions, and how they can express them.
- An artistic activity was held where each student drew or colored an emotional face (joy, sadness, calmness, anger, etc.), explaining at what moments they usually feel that emotion.
- Different colors were used to show feelings, and a collective poster was created with the title "Colors of Emotions"
- At the end of the class, students participated in a relaxing game and breathing and calming exercises to reinforce the idea of self-care and mental health.
